EVENT FINALS

Last night we watched 3 event finals. The Women's Beam, parallel bars, and high bar. Shawn Johnson won gold on balance beam, and Nastia got silver! Yes, Shawn got a Gold! A Gymnast from China won on the parallel bars, same on high bar. But Jonathan Horton got the Silver!!!!! I thought there was almost no way he could get a medal. Then they said he was adding more difficulty to his routine, to give him a chance. We were were like OH great! But he was just going for it. It was pretty scary! He had 3 big releases. He nailed his routine, the only thing bad was a step on the landing. That probably cost him the gold medal, but what a great job to get the silver!!!
